Police are hunting a flasher who exposed himself to a woman jogging along the Basingstoke canal tow path yesterday evening (29 September).

Incident Details

The victim was near the bridge by Victoria Way at about 6.30pm when the man suddenly overtook her on foot and bared himself. He then fled towards Knaphill.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Authorities have kept the suspect’s description under wraps for investigative reasons but say he was wearing a dark grey hooded top and dark grey or black trousers.

“The canal path was busy at the time,” police said. “We believe others may have seen a man matching this description.”
