Car Blaze Sparks Arson Probe in Sevenoaks

Investigators have launched an urgent appeal after a car was set alight in Sevenoaks.

Firefighters Douse Flames on Garth Road

Kent Police were called at 11.15pm on Saturday, 26 September 2020, following reports of a car fire on a driveway in Garth Road. Fire crews rushed to the scene and quickly extinguished the blaze.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

“We are appealing to anyone who was in the area between 10.20pm and midnight and saw anything suspicious or unusual to contact us,” said PC Jamie Webb of Tonbridge CID.

“We are also asking drivers to check dashcams and residents to review any CCTV or doorbell camera footage.”
