Dealer Caught Red-Handed Twice, Then Jailed
Henry Okoh kept flogging cocaine across town — even after being charged and hauled to court.
Police Bust at Rainham
On Monday 3 October 2022, Kent Police’s County Line and Gangs Team raided an address on Rainham Road. They arrested the 31-year-old and bagged seven wraps of cocaine on the spot.
Not done there, officers hit a second property linked to Okoh in Balmoral Road. They seized more cocaine, herbal cannabis, two digital scales, and over £3,500 in cash.
Still Pushing Drugs on Bail
Okoh pleaded guilty at Medway Magistrates’ Court the next day and got conditional bail. But he didn’t stop dealing. On 19 October, cops stopped his car in Gillingham town centre. They found cannabis and cocaine inside. His passenger, Chloe Caseley, 26, also got detained with five deals of cocaine.
Jailed for Three and a Half Years
At Maidstone Crown Court on 7 March 2023, Okoh admitted two charges of possessing cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, plus driving without a licence or insurance. He was locked up for three years and six months, and his licence got 10 penalty points.
Caseley pleaded guilty too. She got a one-year prison term suspended for two years and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work.
Detective Constable John Carless said: “This dealer was arrested and charged but rather than learning his lesson carried on supplying cocaine and cannabis, and was swiftly detained again. These criminals are a blight on our society and peddle hard drugs to users who commit further crime to fund their habit. Okoh is now starting a prison sentence and the cash we seized has been forfeited.”
