Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Northolt in which two co-workers sustained serious injuries.

On Monday, 14 September at 12:23pm, police were called to West End Road in Northolt to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and lorry.

Officers and the London Ambulance Service (LAS) attended and found a 63-year-old man with head injuries who was the driver of the car.

He was taken by London’s Air Ambulance to a London hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.

A 56-year-old women, who was a passenger in the car, suffered pelvis and leg injuries. She was also taken to hospital where her injuries are serious but not life-threatening. The man and woman are co-workers.

The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene. He was not arrested.

Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who may have captured dashcam footage are asked to contact the witness line at Alperton Traffic Garage on 020 8246 9820.
