The woman was in her 50s. Her death is being treated as suspicious.

The victim believed to in her 50s died after she was attacked down a country lane just after 4pm yesterday 
Kent Police said officers were called to Aylesham Road in Snowdown – after the death of a woman. 
Kent Police said last night officers were still at the scene and carrying out enquiries to establish circumstances surrounding the incident. Forensics teams and Kent Police officers were searching the area last night, where the officer is believed to have died. Close to the scene is a gipsy campsite in Snowdown Road
