Nico Elliot, 22 of Victoria Road, E17 and Nicholas Elliot, 25 of no fixed address were charged on Thursday, 10 June with murder and aggravated burglary. A 17-year-old male was also charged with murder and aggravated burglary. They were remanded in custody to appear before Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 11 June. On Wednesday, 2 June, police were called at 4.23pm to reports of men fighting in Barge Walk, SE10. A man was found at the scene with knife wounds. He has been named as 35-year-old Nathaniel Eyewu-Ago [pictured]. He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service where he remained for a time in a critical condition. He sadly died from his injuries on Tuesday, 8 June and a murder investigation was launched.
