Nico Elliot, 22, of Victoria Road, E17, and Nicholas Elliot, 25, currently homeless, have been charged with murder and aggravated burglary. A 17-year-old boy is also facing the same charges.

The trio were remanded in custody and are due in Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 11 June.
The drama unfolded on Wednesday, 2 June, when police were called at 4.23pm to reports of a violent fight in Barge Walk, SE10. Officers found 35-year-old Nathaniel Eyewu-Ago suffering knife wounds at the scene.
Victim Dies After Being Found Critical
Nathaniel was rushed to hospital by ambulance and stayed in critical condition. Tragically, he died from his injuries on Tuesday, 8 June, prompting an immediate murder investigation.
