Drug Bust in Ramsgate: Three Arrests After Big Class A Haul
Police swooped on Ramsgate’s Harbour Street on Thursday afternoon, September 2, stopping two men amid a crackdown on drug supply. Officers found around 15 wraps of Class A drugs, cash, and a cannabis grinder during the stop.
Suspects Nabbed
The men, aged 27 and 21, both from Ramsgate, were arrested on suspicion of being involved in Class A drug supply. But the drama didn’t end there.
More Drugs Seized in Warrant Raid
Later the same day, officers executed a warrant on a property in Sussex Street, Ramsgate. They uncovered more Class A drugs, deal bags, cutting agents, and a stash of cash. A 36-year-old woman from Ramsgate was arrested at the scene on the same suspicion.
All three suspects have since been released under investigation as police continue their inquiries.
