Teen Stabbed in Shocking Park Attack Near Meadow Lane
An 18-year-old was stabbed while sitting on a bench at a park near Meadow Lane on Monday, 11 October 2021, at around 6pm. The victim was attacked by a stranger and later rushed to hospital with a serious wound.
Slim Suspect in Grey Tracksuit Spotted with Two Others
The attacker is described as a slim young man aged 16 to 18, wearing a grey tracksuit. Two other teenage boys, similar in age and build, were seen with him. One was wearing a khaki camouflage jacket.
Police Hunt Witnesses and Urge Public to Help

“We’ve completed forensic checks at the scene and are conducting enquiries locally. We urge anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam or CCTV footage from Meadow Lane to come forward.”
