Man Charged After Brutal Stabbing on London Bus
Samuel Modeste, 34, from Leytonstone, has been hit with three serious charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He’s also facing a count of carrying a knife in public. Modeste is due in Thames Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 21 October.
Knife Attack Shocks Mile End Bus
Police rushed to Mile End Road at 12.48am on Wednesday, 20 October, after reports of a man brandishing a knife on a route N25 bus. Officers found a 34-year-old man stabbed and rushed him to an east London hospital. He remains in critical condition.
Two Others Hospitalised With Slash Wounds
Two other men, aged 34 and 22, were also admitted to hospital. Thankfully, their slash wounds are not life-threatening.
