Power Tools Stolen in Overnight Raid on Risden Lane Businesses
Burglars struck three commercial properties on Risden Lane between 11pm Friday, 7 January and 7.30am Saturday, 8 January 2022.
Major Haul of Power Tools and Vehicles Taken
Thieves made off with a large stash of power tools, a metal tool chest, a Gator utility vehicle, and a trailer.
Police Hunt for Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Investigating officer PC Sophie Gates warned: “These crimes will have a significant impact on the businesses that were targeted. We are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.”
She added officers are reviewing CCTV and asking motorists with dashcams who were in the Hawkhurst area during the break-ins to check their footage for clues.
