Man Charged After Body Found in South Norwood Search
Dejour Jones, 24, of no fixed address, was charged on Friday, 4 March. He appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 7 March and was remanded in custody. His next court date is at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, 24 May.
Body Recovered Near South Norwood Lake Believed to Be Jamie Gilbey
Specialist officers searching for missing man Jamie Gilbey found a body in South Norwood lake and woodland on the morning of Tuesday, 8 March. While formal identification is still pending, police believe the remains are those of Jamie.
Jamie’s family have been informed and are receiving support from specialist officers.
