56 Protesters Face Court Over M25 Chaos
A total of 56 people are set to appear in court after being charged following a Metropolitan Police probe into disruptive protests on the M25 motorway last September.
Two Major Protest Spotted on M25
The charges stem from demonstrations at Junction 14 and Junction 25 of the M25 on three separate dates in September 2021. Police managed traffic snarls and made multiple arrests over the course of the protests.
13 Protesters to Face Charges for Early September Actions
Thirteen individuals have been charged with two counts of causing a public nuisance related to protests on 13 September at Junction 14 and 15 September at Junction 25. They are due in Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 22 April.
