Peter Bush, aged 56, was last seen at around 1pm on Monday 28 March 2022 at Dorset County Hospital in Williams Avenue.
Peter is described as bald and of a very slim build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue hooded top, blue jeans, white and grey trainers and was carrying a black rucksack.
Chief Inspector Matt Baxter, of Dorset Police, said: “Peter left the hospital on foot before receiving treatment and we need to find him to ensure he is safe and well.
“I am asking the public to please contact Dorset Police if they have seen Peter or a man matching the description given.
“Finally, I would like to appeal directly to Peter if you see this – please let us or your family know where you are as we all just want to make sure you are OK.”
