Shocking Assault on 11-Year-Old Boy in Rotherham Playing Fields
Police in Rotherham are hunting witnesses after a sickening attack on a young boy in broad daylight.
The 11-year-old lad was playing on the fields off Well Lane in Treeton between 3 and 4 p.m. on May 31 when a gang of teenagers, aged 13 to 14, reportedly poured alcohol over him and then set upon him.
Police Urge Locals to Speak Up
Officers are pleading with anyone nearby who saw or heard anything suspicious during that hour to come forward. Your information could be vital to catching the culprits.
