Peter Sayner, aged 42, of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance.

The charges relate to an incident on the evening of Friday, November 25, where a Yorkshire Ambulance Service ambulance was taken from outside an address in Pudsey while staff were responding to a patient inside the property.
