A 71-year-old man was viciously punched multiple times after two individuals made offensive comments to a woman he was with. When he confronted the suspects, they launched an unprovoked assault, leaving him collapsed on the ground before fleeing the scene.

Officers have now released images of two people they want to speak to in connection with the assault. Anyone recognising them is urged to contact Kent Police on 123.
