James Jones, 28, was last seen in the town on 12 June 2023.
Officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries to locate Mr Jones but there have been no known sightings since he was reported missing.
He is described as being of a slim build, having a dark-coloured beard and a moustache. He has a black panther tattooed on his chest, and stars and tribal figures tattooed on his legs. He also has a tiger tattoo on his arm.
Mr Jones also has links to Canterbury.
