Dad Charged with Murder of Wife and Two Kids in Kettering
Saju Chelavalel, from Petherton Court, Kettering, has been charged with the shocking murder of his wife and their two young children.
Three Family Members Found Dead
- Victims: Anju Asok, 35, and children Jeeva Saju, 6, and Janvi Saju, 4
- Incident happened on Thursday, December 15
- Emergency services called after they suffered serious injuries
Cause of Death Confirmed as Asphyxiation
Forensic post-mortems at 1 Royal Infirmary confirmed all three died from asphyxiation, deepening the tragedy.
Next Steps in Court
Mr Chelavalel appeared at Wellingborough Magistrates’ Court today. He will face Northampton Crown Court on December 1, 2021.
