Teen Stephanie Betts Missing from Dorset Hospital
Stephanie Betts, 19, vanished without a trace from Dorset County Hospital at around 8am on Saturday, 24 September 2022. The Wimborne local hasn’t been seen since.
What She Was Wearing and Who She Is
Stephanie is described as white, slim, 5 feet tall with curly blonde hair. She wears glasses. When last spotted, she wore a black jumper, blue jeans, and white trainers.
Police Concerned for Teen’s Welfare
Inspector Robbie Jephcott of Dorset Police revealed: “We understand Stephanie has been upset recently and we are concerned for her welfare. We have been carrying out a number of searches as we are keen to find her so we can make sure she is all right.”
Investigators believe Stephanie could have travelled to the Weymouth area, where she has known links.
Urgent Appeal to the Public and Stephanie
Inspector Jephcott added, “I would urge anyone with information regarding Stephanie’s whereabouts, or who has seen a young woman matching the description given, to please contact us.”
He also made a direct plea to Stephanie herself: “If you see this – please make contact with us or your family and let us know where you are as we just want to check that you are OK.”
