Wanted Man Tyrone Emery Flees Court Ahead of Sentencing
Tyrone Emery, 32, from Bournsmoor Avenue in Clifton, has vanished after skipping his Nottingham Magistrates Court sentencing. Emery was due in court on November 14 for controlling and coercive behaviour, a serious form of domestic abuse.
Police Issue Arrest Warrant and Public Appeal
With Emery nowhere to be found, Nottinghamshire Police have issued a warrant for his arrest. His custody photo has now been released to the public in the hope someone will spot him.
“Tyrone Emery is a wanted man and was due to be sentenced for domestic abuse in the form of controlling and coercive behaviour in November. His current whereabouts are unknown but it is believed that he has links across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire,” a police spokesperson said.
Public Urged to Help Bring Emery to Justice
The police are urging anyone with information to come forward immediately. They warn against approaching Emery and advise calling 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
