Police Hunt Van Connected to Fatal Tunbridge Wells Crash
A mysterious van or minibus was spotted parked right at the scene of a deadly collision in Culverden Down. The crash claimed the life of a 75-year-old man, who later died in hospital.

The tragic accident happened around 5.15pm on Saturday, January 7, 2023. The victim was struck by a white Volkswagen Transporter van. The driver stopped and was arrested but remains out on bail until March 28.
Police Seek Crucial Dashcam Footage
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are desperate to track down the owner of a vehicle seen parked beside the crash site, near the entrance to Tunbridge Wells Football Club.
“It is critical we find who owns this vehicle,” said Detective Sergeant Chris Wade. “It may contain dashcam footage vital to our investigation.”
