House Fire Breaks Out on Highwood Crescent
Fire crews were scrambled to a house fire on Highwood Crescent, Horsham, after an alarm was raised at 5:27pm this evening. West Sussex Fire Service sent four fire engines to battle the flames.
Smoke Prompts Safety Warning
The fire service warned local residents about heavy smoke in the area. “We advise everyone nearby to keep their doors and windows firmly shut,” they said.

West Sussex Fire Service confirmed: “We currently have four pumps attending, with teams from Horsham, Crawley (two engines), and Billingshurst. The call came through at 5.27pm.”
