Ingleby Road Home Raid Ends in Arrest
Just before 2am on Friday 21 April, police raced to an address on Ingleby Road after reports of a violent break-in.
Residents Threatened and Attacked
A gang of men forced their way into the home, threatening residents with a weapon and assaulting them. One victim needed hospital treatment, but thankfully, injuries are not life-threatening.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Mohammed Mansary, 25, from Alameda Place, London, E3, was arrested at the scene. He now faces multiple serious charges, including aggravated burglary, possession of a knife or bladed article, firearm possession, and holding ammunition without a certificate.
Mansary is set to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Monday 24 April.
