Boy Dies After Collision on Green Lanes

Police are urgently hunting witnesses and drivers with dash cam footage after a tragic crash on Green Lanes, Enfield.

The fatal incident happened just after 6.30pm on Friday, 28 April, when an eight-year-old boy was struck by a car while crossing the road.

Emergency Response and Investigation Underway

Paramedics treated the boy at the scene before rushing him to hospital, but he sadly passed away.

The car driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. No arrests have been made so far.

The boy’s family have been informed and are receiving specialist support.

Police Appeal for Information

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit is leading the case and wants anyone with information or dash cam footage to come forward immediately.
