Authorities in Worcester are seeking the assistance of potential witnesses and anyone with relevant information following a suspected arson incident that occurred in the early hours of September 23, 2023. The incident unfolded at approximately 00.30 BST at a property located on Sentinel Close in the city, resulting in a significant fire that caused damage to a three-storey building. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Detective Inspector Oliver Moore, who is overseeing the investigation, emphasised the importance of community cooperation in resolving the case. He acknowledged that such incidents can be concerning for residents and assured the public that this incident is considered an isolated occurrence.

Detective Inspector Moore stated, “I understand that an incident like this and a police presence in the area can cause concern to residents, but I would like to reassure the public that this is an isolated incident.
