The incident unfolded at approximately 00.30 BST at a property located on Sentinel Close in the city, resulting in a significant fire that caused damage to a three-storey building. Detective Inspector Moore stated, “I understand that an incident like this and a police presence in the area can cause concern to residents, but I would like to reassure the public that this is an isolated incident.
