At midday on Thursday 21 September 2023, Kent Police received a report of bad driving on Maidstone Road, Rochester.
It is alleged that a dark grey Audi was being driven on three flat tyres.
Patrols conducted a search of the area and located the car on the A2045 Walderslade Woods.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drug driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence and careless driving.
He has since been released on bail until 24 November.
