Bramley Road man slapped with shoplifting charges after £500 spree

Snodland shoplifter caught after months of thefts

Billy Quinsey, 26, from Bramley Road, Snodland, has been charged with eight counts of shoplifting. The charges follow a probe by the Victim Based Crime Team.

Stole energy drinks, food, laundry goods worth £500

The thefts happened between 22 July and 16 October at a local supermarket. Quinsey is accused of nicking energy drinks, food, and laundry products totalling around £500.

Theft from car added to charges

On top of that, Quinsey faces a separate theft charge. Police say he stole cash and sunglasses from a car in Oxford Street on 19 September.

Next stop: Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court

Quinsey was released on bail and is due to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 20 November.
