David Ackerley was reported missing on Sunday, October 8, and shortly after his disappearance, officers discovered his lifeless body at his residence on Cedar Court, Boston Manor Road. It is believed that David was assaulted outside his home on Saturday, September 30, between 18.15 and 18.30 BST

Detective Chief Inspector Geoff Grogan has expressed the importance of finding answers and delivering justice to David’s grieving family. The police are urging anyone with information about Jack Hill’s whereabouts or any details that may aid their investigation to come forward.
