Police have released a photo of a woman they want to question after a dog attack shook up Harrogate town centre. The drama unfolded outside Holland & Barrett on Cambridge Street around 4.40pm on Monday, September 23, 2023.

Witnesses say a dog charged at a passerby, knocking him to the ground and causing injuries to his hip and hand that needed hospital treatment. The aggressive pooch then turned on the victim’s own dog, causing further chaos. Only after some time did the dog’s owner show up at the scene.
