The incident occurred at Celtic Park, Glasgow, on Saturday, 26 August 2023.
The man pictured is described as white, in his late teens to early twenties, short dark hair and was wearing a grey polo shirt.
Constable Aynsley McIntyre of Police Scotland said: “We are keen to speak to the man in the image as he may be able to assist with our enquiries. I would encourage the man pictured or anyone who may know him to get in touch”.
