A mother is desperately seeking her 16-year-old daughter, Amy Jenking, who has been missing for nearly two days after planning to meet someone she had never met before. Amy left her house over the weekend, despite being told she couldn’t leave at 6 p.m. Her mother, Kathryn Jenking, from Launceston, has been unable to reach her since, and it appears that Amy’s phone has been switched off.

Devon and Cornwall Police have been informed of Amy’s disappearance and are actively involved in the case. Amy is usually diligent about staying in contact no matter where she goes, but her phone has been switched off since she left home almost two days ago to meet with the unknown individual.
