Mystery Man Sparks Fear in Canterbury: Police Seek Public’s Help

Authorities in Canterbury are on high alert after two unsettling incidents involving the same man. Kent Police have released a CCTV image of a suspect and are urging anyone with info to come forward.

Strange Encounters on Brymore and Sturry Roads

The first incident unfolded on March 16, 2024, around 5:40 PM. A woman walking to her car on Brymore Road was approached by an unknown man. He tried to chat her up before watching her drive off.

Just one day later, on March 17 at about 4:15 PM, the same woman spotted the man again on Sturry Road. This time, he allegedly tried to open her car door before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

Kent Police Launch Full Investigation

Kent Police are leaving no stone unturned. They’ve carried out door-to-door inquiries and screened CCTV footage from the areas. Now, they’re asking the public to help identify the man seen in the released image.
