Woman Sexually Assaulted Near Brighton Sainsbury’s – Police Hunt Teen Suspect
Man Follows Woman on New England Street
Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted on New England Street, Brighton. The attack happened around 9:40pm on August 11, near the Sainsbury’s store.
The victim told officers a man followed her closely before the assault. The suspect is described as a slim teenager, about 5’11” tall, wearing a plain white tracksuit and trainers.
Police Ask Locals to Come Forward
Authorities are urging anyone with information, or any footage from the area, to step forward immediately. Witnesses can contact the police online or call 101, quoting reference 231 of 24/08.
