Woman Arrested After Stabbing Leaves Bexhill Man Fighting for Life

Emergency services rushed to Windsor Road, Bexhill, on Monday afternoon following reports of a stabbing. Paramedics treated a 35-year-old man at the scene for knife injuries to his chest before transporting him to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

A 23-year-old woman from Bexhill has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and is currently in police custody.

A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed the incident, saying: “Officers responded to a report that a 35-year-old man had sustained knife injuries to his chest in Windsor Road, Bexhill at 3pm on Monday (October 14). He remains in a serious condition, in the care of the ambulance service.”

“Windsor Road has been temporarily closed while enquiries are undertaken at the scene,” the spokesperson added.
