A Croydon resident has been charged with making a bomb hoax after allegedly leaving a suspicious box at the One Croydon high-rise, also known as the 50p Building.

Guillermo Gomez, 45, of uk/topic/cherry-orchard/">Cherry Orchard Road, is accused of placing a box containing various items at the well-known Croydon landmark with the intent to cause fear that it might explode or ignite.
