Manhunt Underway After Prisoner Flees Custody During Hospital Visit
Police are hunting 27-year-old Thomas, who made a daring escape while being escorted at a Winchester hospital earlier today (November 29).
Desperate Search for Ginger Fugitive
Officers launched extensive searches across Winchester and Basingstoke this evening. Thomas is described as white, around 5ft 10ins, with distinctive ginger hair.
He also has known links to the nearby town of Andover.
Public Urged to Stay Alert – But Don’t Approach
Police are asking anyone who spots Thomas to refrain from approaching him. Instead, call 999 immediately and quote reference number 1176, dated November 29.
