The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has issued a warning via social media, emphasizing that all official tickets for the event are sold out and no legitimate resales are available.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the Mayor wrote:
“? Scam alert: we are aware of convincing scam websites pretending to sell tickets for tonight’s fireworks. Don’t lose your money: NYE fireworks tickets are SOLD OUT and not available anywhere. Resale has closed.”
The warning comes as fraudsters attempt to exploit the high demand for tickets to London’s iconic fireworks show, held along the River Thames. Thousands are expected to attend the event, which has become a centerpiece of the city’s New Year celebrations.
