A man has been hit with charges after allegedly trying to snatch a three-year-old girl in broad daylight. The terrifying incident took place on Thursday, 9 January, in Leicester Street, Wolverhampton.
Richard Stacey, 37, faces serious accusations including attempted child abduction, assault, and affray. He has been locked up and is set to appear at Walsall Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 January.
