A 43-year-old man has been charged with drug supply offences following an investigation into a Fentanyl overdose.

The suspect, identified as Babul Hussain, 43, was arrested as part of a wider police operation aimed at tackling organised crime groups and their impact on local communities.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed:

“This arrest is part of a wider operation to disrupt the supply of dangerous drugs, particularly Fentanyl, which has had a devastating impact on individuals and communities. The seizure of £420,000 in cash is a significant step in dismantling the financial operations of organised crime networks.”
