Disqualified Driver Nabbed in Midway
Police caught a disqualified driver red-handed during routine patrols in Midway.
Skoda Stopped on Springfield Road
PC Holmes-Small pulled over a Skoda after spotting a police marker from West Midlands Police. But it turned out the driver had recently bought the car and wasn’t linked to the original incident.
No Insurance and Banned from Driving
Despite that, further checks revealed the driver was disqualified and uninsured. The vehicle was seized on the spot.
“We continue to urge motorists to ensure they are legally permitted to drive with proper insurance,” said police.
Driver Faces Court Action
The driver has now been summoned to face the music in court.
