Two Charged with Criminal Damage After Shepherd’s Bush Incident

 

Two individuals have been charged by police following an incident of criminal damage in Shepherd’s Bush.

Nigel Fleming, 63, from Worcester Crescent, Barnet, and Catherine Nash, 74, from Castle Green Close, Westmorland and Furness, Cumbria, face charges after powdered paint was reportedly sprayed inside a shop on Aerial Way at around 10:00 am on Wednesday, 12 March.

Nash has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 13 March.

Fleming was released on conditional bail and is expected to return to Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 8 April.
