North Yorkshire Police have issued an urgent appeal for help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl, Laila, last seen in the Burnholme Drive area of York just after 6:45pm on Tuesday, 8 April 2025.
There is increasing concern for Laila’s welfare, with police and the Missing Persons Team urging the public to assist with any information that could help trace her whereabouts.
Description
Laila is described as:
- 5’3″ tall
- Slim build
- Green eyes
- Brown shoulder-length hair
She was last seen wearing a black strappy top, black joggers, and black trainers with a blue tick.
Public Urged to Assist
Authorities are appealing to anyone who may have seen Laila or has any information, no matter how small, to come forward. The appeal includes a heartfelt plea: “Laila, if you are reading this, please contact North Yorkshire Police.”
