Tragic Woolston Crash: Victim Named as Enid Everill
Police have confirmed the identity of the woman who died in a fatal lorry collision in Woolston, Southampton last week. Enid Mavis Everill, 61, lost her life after being hit on Bridge Road at 12.20pm on Friday, May 6.
Beloved Local Woman Loses Life
Enid was rushed to Southampton General Hospital but sadly passed away shortly after the crash. Her family have paid a heartfelt tribute, saying:
“Enid, known to many as Mavis, was a well-loved lady of the community. She was a loving mum, nan, and mother-in-law. She was a very special lady who would help anyone. She never moaned or grumbled and never expected anything in return.
All her family are lost without her and she will be sorely missed.”
