The 27-year-old from West-Molsey is wanted for failing the strict requirements of his Probation Supervision. Robroy is known to frequent in Hounslow, Isleworth, Twickenham, Molesey and Kingston upon Thames. He may have a beard and appear unkempt in appearance. Mackay has various tattoos on his arms, hands and neck.
