Man Charged with Double Murder After Cannabis Factory Heist in Dudley

Crossbow Attack Shocks Brierley Hill

Detectives have charged a man with two counts of murder following a brutal double killing in Dudley. Saghawat Ramzan, 46, is accused of shooting 19-year-old Khuzaimah Douglas and 36-year-old Waseem Ramzan with a crossbow during a robbery at a cannabis factory on Pensnett Road.

Suspect Held and Remanded

The accused, from Pensnett Road, was remanded in custody and is due to appear at a magistrates’ court tomorrow (25 February).

Second Man Arrested

Police arrested a 23-year-old man this afternoon on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
