23-Year-Old Nabbed by High Harm Team

A 23-year-old from Basingstoke was arrested on September 27 by the city’s High Harm Team. The suspect was caught in St Peter’s Road just after 2pm, facing charges of possessing cannabis with intent to supply and involvement with psychoactive nitrous oxide supply.
