Shock Crash on Petersfield Road Leaves Moped Rider with Fractured Ankle
A violent collision on B2149 Petersfield Road has left a young moped rider injured and police hunting for witnesses.
Crash Details: Peugeot Moped Hits Dark Saloon Car
The smash happened near the Wakefords Way junction between 12.45pm and 1pm on Monday, 23 November. A Peugeot moped collided with a dark saloon car. After the crash, the car driver stormed out, shouted at the rider, then sped off towards Rowlands Castle.
Injured Rider and Description of Suspects
The rider, a 20-year-old man, suffered a fractured ankle and was treated in hospital. Police described the car’s driver as a white male, 40-45 years old, skinny build, about 5ft 7ins, with dark greying short hair and tattoos on his arms and chest.
A second man briefly left the car during the incident. He’s described as white, mid-20s, skinny, with dirty blond long hair and glasses.
