Fatal Crash in Chatham: Woman Dies After Collision With Ambulance
Tragedy struck in Chatham on Tuesday 23 November 2021 when a car collided with an ambulance at 11.49am. The crash happened at The Brook, right by the exit from The Brook multi-storey car park.
The car driver, a woman in her seventies, was rushed to a London hospital. Sadly, she later died from her injuries.
Police Launch Serious Collision Investigation
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Department is probing the incident. They want to hear from anyone with information who hasn’t yet spoken to officers.
Call for CCTV and Dashcam Footage
Detectives are especially eager to get hold of any privately held CCTV or dashcam footage that might show the crash or the vehicles involved.
