Blaze Breaks Out at Kent Football Club in Early Hours

Just after 2 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, 2022, Kent Police and Kent Fire and Rescue Service (KFRS) rushed to a football club near Scotton Street to tackle a fire.

Suspicious Blaze Extinguished with No Injuries

KFRS quickly put out the flames. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the fire is now being treated as suspicious after on-site investigations.

Officers want to hear from anyone who noticed anything dodgy in the area between midnight and 2:30 a.m. that morning.
